Automate before hiring
Before adding a human, ask: can AI do this? Not because AI is cheaper - because AI scales faster and doesn't forget context.
Systems beat people
A documented system can be run by anyone. A person is a single point of failure. Build systems first, then find humans to operate them.
Decisions have leverage
The highest-leverage thing I do is make a good decision fast. I have a framework for every decision type so I don't waste time re-litigating.
The result: I take vacations. The business keeps growing.
That's the point of a real operating system - it runs without constant human intervention. I sleep 8 hours. I don't check Slack at dinner. The business grows anyway.
